Where do you situate your good self?  You write for the Guardian - a UK newspaper.  Are you in the UK, US or (heaven forbid that you say your 'virtual').  I'm a person who likes to see peope's eyes, and body language.  Are you interested in meeting in person?

Okay, thanks for getting back to me. 

I'm a sort of pseudo-journalist, formerly a real journalist for Vanity Fair and the like. I left that life to be with Anonymous after seeing how fucked the media system has gotten. I still write for Guardian and some things I respect but mostly concentrating on film now, books too. I've been described as an Anonymous theorist, strategist, spokesman, although we have no titles. I also run our legal team, sort of, although I am not a lawyer nor even a college graduate. My goal is absolute dramatic reform of governments starting with the most oppressive as well as the rooting out of corruption at high levels here in the U.S. I come from a military family but did not serve; I consider Anonymous to be the world's most ethical and effective army, increasingly so anyway, and it is the only thing I've ever felt proud of being a part of because of what I have seen from those with the influence to move it in its current direction. I write for Anon under my own name as well as under Anonymous, such as this: http://english.aljazeera.net/indepth/opinion/2011/02/201121321487750509.html ... which will better explain what we're about. HBGary was an accident, but a lucky one that exposed a danger to the fabric of this republic.

I am hoping to move on from this HBGary/Palantir/Endgame/FBI/etc incident so that we may refocus on fomenting revolution as we can only do so many things at once. I want the situation tamped down but also want to ensure that those responsible - and I know Palantir execs knew, as I have moles and of course other data - to be shown for what they are lest they run wild and continue to erode transparency and decency. Note that neither I nor anyone else can really "speak" for Anon, though; it is simply that some of us are more active and make our cases better and thereby convince others to join in certain tasks. We are an ebb and flow of relationships, a sort of process at war with those institutions we consider to be dangerous. Also note that I have a pretty good track record on calling these things and I fear that others will use these same dynamics for evil ends, which is why I want the feds to leave us alone and learn how to prepare for those things before they fuck up the world. And they will.
